The Low & Slow Kit is the first oven kit designed specifically for recipes that need slow cooking at low, constant temperatures — bread, beef ribs and more. It includes:
- A removable stainless steel door with a large glass-ceramic window, so you can watch your food cook without opening the oven — increasing visibility while reducing heat loss.
- An insert with a butterfly valve, placed at the base of the flue, to adjust the temperature in a precise, modular way.
As well as excellent cooking performance, the kit reduces fuel consumption by improving the oven's energy efficiency. It installs easily on Alfa domestic ovens. Use heat-resistant gloves when handling the valve during use.
