Product Description
The Alfa Hybrid Kit is the solution for a hybrid oven — letting you fire your gas oven with firewood so you can choose the best of two fuels. Switching between gas and wood unleashes a world of cooking options and means you never run out of fuel mid-cook.
Made of AISI 441 stainless steel and able to withstand very high temperatures (over 1,000 °C), the kit has two components:
- Burner lid — covers the gas burner so the gas supply isn't damaged when you light wood in the oven.
- Wood holder — helps you build and manage the fire inside the cooking chamber.
Sized specifically for the Alfa Moderno 5 for quick, easy installation and removal. Always shut off the gas supply before covering the burner, and use heat-resistant gloves when handling the kit during use.
