Hybrid Kit (Alfa) is the solution to get a hybrid oven, doubling your cooking possibilities as you choose the best of two fuels. It turns your gas-fired oven into a wood-burning oven, how? cover the burner on the left with the lid for protection and then use the wood holder to wedge the firewood. The fire will burn opposite of the burner and never directly on the lid. Be sure to verify that the burner is working properly before switching back to gas.
Made from Stainless Steel, the hybrid kit has been specially designed so that you can enjoy the pleasures of a wood fire in a gas-burning oven. Kit contains wood rack and burner lid.
