Ember Rake is manufactured out of High-grade stainless steel with Italian artisan quality welding to guarantee reliability on all our Pizza tools. The Ember Rake is used so the pizzaiolo does not damage the spade/brush set when moving the Hot coals to the side. The thickness of the Ember rake is capable of handling 450 degrees Celsius for long periods of time to ensure that the coals are moved over to the side in a neat and tidy manner without breaking up the large blocks of hot coals. This tool can also be used to put larger logs at the back of the coal heap, but this is not its primary use.
