Ember rake is available with ergonomic sliding handle.
The ideal to move the embers in the wood-fired oven without the risk of getting burned. The thickness of the Ember rake is capable of handling 450 degrees Celsius for long periods of time to ensure that the coals are moved over to the side in a neat and tidy manner without breaking up the large blocks of hot coals. A useful tool designed for professionals.
